Many of us are used to seeing the old red Ford driving around the lake with its flashing yellow light..... but now we will be seeing something new! Maple Lake Board purchased a new shiny white Ford F-250 Single Cab 4x4 from a WV dealer, Matheny Ford. Just like the good old red truck, this shiny white truck will need a Maple Lake logo posted on it's side and a new flashing yellow light!

Dear Maple Lake Neighbors,
I wanted to take a minute to share some thoughts with you. As I sat in Friday nights Annual Stockholders Meeting I began to think of so many reasons to appreciate our Board of Directors. It has been my privilege to serve this community as treasurer for six years now and during the past six years I have worked with many different board members. Though there have been many Maple Lake members to step up to the task, this particular group has worked especially hard. We’re talking about a group of OUR neighbors that have VOLUNTEERED their personal time to help to maintain our community and make life more enjoyable for us all. Our Board of Directors is made up of a group of our neighbors that have families, careers, and many of the same commitments in their lives as the rest of us, yet they have volunteered to go above and beyond to serve. They work behind the scenes on so many tasks that go unnoticed. Working together as a team with integrity trying to a keep good balance of what is fair and what is right. They genuinely care about the well being of our community. So if you would, take a minute to say thank you the next time you see one of your Board Members. Thank you Gary Abbate, Scott Anderson, David Decker, Bobby Gaston, Carl Hatfield, Guenter Mtezger, Jim Nuzum, Jason Rine, and Will See!!! You are truly appreciated.
