During the September 2, 2020 Board Meeting, it was determined that the Clubhouse would continue to be closed until April 2021. It is the hopes of the Maple Lake Board that the 2021 Stockholder Meeting will be able to be held.
Previous Posting - During the June 10, 2020 Board Meeting, it was determined that all Clubhouse Rentals would be cancelled/rescheduled through October 1, 2020 due to the potential exposure risks during COVID 19. The Maple Lake Board will review Clubhouse Rentals/Use during the September 2020 meeting to determine if it will continue with the COVID-19 related closure or if Maple Lake will reopen the Clubhouse. Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, Maple Lake is still unable to hold the Annual Stockholders Meeting (preciously re-scheduled for May 1st.). The Board will provide information regarding the stockholders meeting as soon as possible.

The potential spread of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, in West Virginia has required everyone to work within rapidly changing circumstances. With the closure of all schools in West Virginia as announced by Governor Jim Justice, the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) will provide ongoing updates to ensure everyone has the most current information.
